Econo Lodge Umatilla Columbia River Area

The room was quiet and simple, which met my needs. I checked availability on booking.com and was going to just book at the front desk upon arrival. I was shocked at how high the price was going to be at the front desk and commented. Staff said that I might be able to get a lower rate online, so I booked online and just waited for them to see the booking show up in their system. I was thankful for the recommendation to book online, so that the final price was reasonable. Was pleasantly surprised that there was some continental breakfast items available.

Breakfast was great. Loved the coffee. Nice have the restaurant right next door ( The Bridge?)

Good breakfast and early start for our day was possible with the 6:00 opening. The nearby trail along the river was just what we needed.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Restaurant next door was a bonus.

I felt very safe and it’s close enough to walk places
